Liability
Urban Trip does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with your convention pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery.
Rates and Price Variations
Quotes, Rates and Price Variations: Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Airlines, holiday suppliers and Hotels) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Jurisdiction
The Applicable law shall be law of India. Courts in Bangalore, Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of this contract.

Urban Trip is engaged in contract for provision of Cab service mentioned in this website. Undertaking the service subject to the Terms and condition hereof and all the terms & condition set forth and annexed to the itinerary of the said service.
By acceptance of this terms & condition customer agrees to avail the service at his/her sole risk and responsibility and also agrees that neither the Urban Trip nor any of its associated companies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury or damage to a person or any property in connection with any transportation services / services offered by Urban Trip.
The customer hereby declares confirm & acknowledge that Urban Trip shall have the rights to cancel the booking/Duty slip without giving any reason or prior notice to the customer and event of such cancelation Urban Trip only liability to refund the advance payment (if any) to the customer.
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the services offered by Urban Trip is at the sole risk of the Customer and that Urban Trip disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. And also Urban Trip makes no representation or warranty that the service will meet your requirements and the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The customer shall pay the cab fare (as per the tariff), parking charges, additional night Bata (where applicable) and any fee(i.e. Toll, Interstate permit) or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of taxi Services.

Cancellation policy
In case of any cancellation of tour and travel services, we must be informed in writing. Upon cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us, you will be charged a 10% service charge as well as cancellation charges as follows: 90-75 days prior to arrival date -10% of total tour package 75-45 days prior to arrival date-20% of total tour package 45 days prior to arrival date-50% of total tour package In case you cancel a trip after its commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount depending on the cancellation policies of the hotels we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered accommodation and missed meals etc, we do not bear any responsibility or refund. Full cancellations are applicable in certain cases such as special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak season and high occupancy dates.
